About Us

            OUR MISSION


The goal of Dragon's Lair Sport Strength & Conditioning Programs is to improve sport functional athleticism, and decrease the risk of sport-related musculoskeletal injury. 


All sports have actions that require the integration of muscular strength, flexibility, core stability, speed, power, and agility. Dragon's Lair addresses the strength, speed, movement patterns, joint stability, proprioception, and metabolisms required for sports.


We use a wide variety of progressive and age appropriate training methods to meet your conditioning needs. Our programs are research driven and designed to fit your needs by an on-site NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist.


The Programs can be geared towards teams and athletes of all ages and ability. Whether preparing for your upcoming sport season, or working on your sport and skill-related fitness, let us be your guide to optimal sport performance.

Dragon's Lair Strength & Conditioning Staff also includes several Duxbury teachers, coaches, and graduates 

with collegiate level playing and training experience
