2022 Summer Programs 

High School:  Sport Strength & Conditioning -  $425

For students entering grades 9-12

  • Classes meet every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6/27 through 8/4  

  • There will be NO class on Monday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day

  • The registration link below will provide you with your available session choices     

  •  The primary training areas are the DCF grass field and DHS weight room. The DCF field is located in front of the Lieutenant Steele Building

A/B Groupings and meeting schedule will be assigned based upon grade and emailed at the end of registration during the week of June 20

To fully complete registration, you must complete all 3 steps 
One registration form is required per participant. However, you may add multiple siblings to a single waiver. 

Grades 7 & 8:  Sport Strength & Conditioning -  $325
For students entering grades 7 & 8

 

  • Classes meet every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6/27 through 8/4

  • There will be NO class on Monday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day

  • Each class will begin at 11:00 am and end at 12:00 pm

  • This class will focus on teaching speed, agility, quickness, dynamic flexibility, and will introduce age appropriate strength training 

  • The primary training areas are the DCF grass field and DHS weight room. The DCF field is located in front of the Lieutenant Steele Building 

    A/B Groupings and meeting schedule will be assigned based upon grade and emailed at the end of                                                       registration during the week of June 20

Grades 4, 5, 6:  Intro to Sport Fitness -  $200
For students entering grades 4, 5, & 6 

 

  • Classes meet from 11:15 am - 12:15 pm on Monday & Wednesday from 6/27 through 8/3

  • There will be NO class on Monday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day

  • This program meets at the entrance of the DCF Grass Field. The DCF field is located in front of the Lieutenant Steele Building

  • This class will focus on teaching speed, agility, quickness, dynamic flexibility, and age appropriate core and body weight strength techniques

To fully complete registration, you must complete all 3 steps 
One registration form is required per participant. However, you may add multiple siblings to a single waiver.
