2019 Summer Sport Performance Training ! 

High School:  Sport Performance Training -  Coed  $375

For students entering grades 9 and above in the fall.

Classes meet every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6/24 through 8/1

There will be no class on July 4th    

The registration link below will provide you with your available session choices.     

                The DHS weight room, the turf, and sport fields will be our primary training areas. A/B Groupings and meeting schedule will be assigned based upon grade 

and emailed by last week of school.

Grades 7 & 8:  Sport Performance Training -  Coed  $300

For students entering grades 7 & 8 in the fall.

Classes meet every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6/24 through 8/1

Each class will begin at 10:30 am and end at 11:30 am.    

                The DHS weight room, the turf, and sport fields will be our primary training areas. 

A/B Groupings and meeting schedule will be assigned based upon grade 

and emailed by last week of school.  

This class will focus on teaching speed, agility, quickness, dynamic flexibility, and will introduce age appropriate strength training.

Grades 4, 5, 6:  Intro to Sport Fitness -  Coed  $175

For students entering grades 4, 5, & 6 in the fall.

This program meets at the entrance of the DHS turf/track.

Classes meet from 10:30 am - 11:30 am on Monday and Wednesday from 6/24 through 7/31

This class will focus on teaching speed, agility, quickness, dynamic flexibility, and age appropriate core and body weight strength techniques.
