2020 Summer Sport Performance Training ! 

High School:  Sport Performance Training -  Coed  $425

For students entering grades 9 and above in the fall.

Classes meet every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6/29 through 7/30    

The registration link below will provide you with your available session choices.     

                 Areas of DHS, the turf, and sport fields will be our primary training areas. 

A/B Groupings and meeting schedule will be assigned based upon grade 

and emailed at the end of registration, on June 26 and 27.

Grades 7 & 8:  Sport Performance Training -  Coed  $325

For students entering grades 7 & 8 in the fall.

Classes meet every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6/29 through 7/30

Each class will begin at 11:00 am and end at 12:00 pm.    

Areas of DHS, the turf, and sport fields will be our primary training areas.

A/B Groupings and meeting schedule will be assigned based upon grade 

and emailed at the end of registration, on June 26 and 27.

This class will focus on teaching speed, agility, quickness, dynamic flexibility, and will introduce age appropriate strength training.

Grades 4, 5, 6:  Intro to Sport Fitness -  Coed  $200

For students entering grades 4, 5, & 6 in the fall.

This program meets at the entrance of the DHS turf/track.

Classes meet from 11:15 am - 12:15 pm on Monday and Wednesday from 6/29 through 7/29

This class will focus on teaching speed, agility, quickness, dynamic flexibility, and age appropriate core and body weight strength techniques.
