2026 High School: Sport Strength & Conditioning - $475
For students entering grades 9-12

Classes meet every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6/29 through 8/6

The primary training areas are the DHS athletic turf field and DHS weight room

A/B Groupings and meeting schedule will be assigned based upon grade and emailed at the end of registration during the week of June 16
To fully complete registration, you must complete all 3 steps
One registration form is required per participant. However, you may add multiple siblings to a single waiver.
2026 Grades 7 & 8: Sport Strength & Conditioning - $375
For students entering grades 7 & 8

Classes meet every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6/29 through 8/6

Each class will begin at 9:30 am and end at 10:30 am

This class will focus on teaching speed, agility, quickness, dynamic flexibility, and will introduce age appropriate strength training

The primary training areas are the DHS athletic turf field and DHS weight room

2026 Grades 4, 5, 6: Intro to Sport Fitness - $250
For students entering grades 4, 5, & 6

Classes meet from 10:45 am - 11:45 am on Monday & Wednesday from 6/29 through 8/5

This program meets at the entrance of the DHS athletic turf field

This class will focus on teaching speed, agility, quickness, dynamic flexibility, and age appropriate core and body weight strength exercises
To fully complete registration, you must complete all 3 steps
One registration form is required per participant. However, you may add multiple siblings to a single waiver.
